I. Merchandiser Responsible in handling the store’s inventory and displaying of products. Submits warehouse inventory reports and monitors the sales performance of products. In-charge in retagging of shelves and stocking new items upon delivery.

III. Forklift Operator Responsible for transporting materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places and locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.

Must be a high school graduate
Must have valid driver’s license with restriction code of 1&2 and certificate of NCII
At least one (1year) of experienced in operating reach truck and counter balance

IV. Unloader Responsible for accurate loading and unloading of products/items from assigned trucks and make sure they are placed in proper places within the warehouse. Preserves warehouse stocks in proper order, while keeping the warehouse neat and organized.

With basic mathematical skills

VI. Stockman Duties include undertaking merchandise loading and unloading, track products using pack boxes, handpick merchandise from shelves, place delivery orders and maintain store cleanliness. Ensure that 1st to Expire, 1stOut (FEFO) policy is implemented in warehouse stock keeping and general housekeeping to support 5S and FEFO is expected to be complied with.

VIII. Dispatcher Issues required item/s from withdrawal documents such as sales orders (for trade) and delivery notes (for warehouse transfers and promotional materials). Ensures that both required quality and quantity is served for all requirements.

With problem solving skills
Minimum 6 months experience in warehousing environment, preferably in fast moving consumer goods industry.

IX. Receiving Checker Ensures that all items received are within the standard quality. Quantity should be accurate in quantity as per actual count. Also, checks all inbound goods movement authorized for unloading. He/ She is accountable for the preparation of loading bay area for stripping. All required tools, equipment and manpower are readied by the receiving checker. This includes pallet trucks, pallets, bolt- cutter, pushcarts, bin tas, calculator, digital camera, stock receiving report form / tally sheet, receiving helper and security guard.

Graduate of any 4 year course, but preferably BS Accountancy or BS Computer/IT related course
Minimum 6 months working experience in inventory management or warehousing environment under fast moving consumer goods sector.

X. Utility Worker Responsible for cleaning and maintaining company premises and equipment. His/her role is to maintain the upkeep of company facilities, repair broken equipment, inspect finished projects and comply with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Male/ Female
At least high school graduate
Familiar in housekeeping and previous experience as a Utility Worker
Hardworking, Honest and Trustworthy
Can handle basic maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, and good housekeeping
Residing in Canlubang Laguna or nearby areas is an advantage
XI. Dispatch Compliance Checker Audits the quantity and products description from recount before unloading and loading of stocks from warehouse to van truck.

Graduate of any 4 year course, but preferably accountancy or computer course
Minimum 6 months working experience in inventory management or warehousing environment under fast moving consumer goods sector.

XII. Customer Service Representative/Admin Responsible in driving customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining wide product knowledge.

Male or Female
4 years College Graduate of any course
Must be computer literate
Professionally handle massive incoming inquiries from customers via telephone.
Ability to adapt and respond to different types of personality
Residing in Muntinlupa or nearby areas is an advantage
XIII. Returns/ Reverse Encoder He/ She is responsible in scanning of Return to vendor product using alaris e1025 and encodes all items arrived from supplier or from stock transfer with free of error.

4 years college graduate of any course
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably related to Accounting/Finance course.
Minimum 6 months working experience in warehousing environment under fast moving consumer goods sector.
Must be Computer literate

XV. Team Leader Ensures a safe, productive warehouse environment during their shift. Responsible for supervising the day to day activities of team members . Plans manpower schedule/s per shift in coordination with BEI Supervisor. Supervises and monitors picking, dispatching and receiving line in close coordination with BEI warehouse supervisor.

XVI. Warehouse Assistant Operation He/ She is responsible in managing warehouse activities and involves in HR requirements including brief screening, orientation, timekeeping, monitoring of schedule, rendered overtime and performance evaluation of warehouse personnel.

Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field of study
With at least six (6) months of solid exposure in warehouse operations / management
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
Must be organized and a good team leader
Good communication skills both oral and written

XVIII. Accounting Personnel Responsible for recording and maintaining financial transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other accounting transactions using the QuickBooks Online applications. Preferred candidate should have skills in troubleshooting and journal entries.

With at least 5-months work experience in preparing financial records like computing taxes, preparing tax returns, organizing, and maintaining financial records preferably within a manpower-services environment.

XIX. Invoice Assistant Responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, updating customer files, and sending invoices and payment reminders to customers. Their primary interaction outside the business is with customers.

Responsible overall of daily transaction of invoices
XX. Inventory Specialist Responsible for monitoring stock on hand to cover all existing orders, establish stock levels that are supportive of demand, creates regular analysis on the movement of items to support stock level and demand and collects and reviews reports to uncover data errors and to coordinate correction
Qualifications:
Preferably Male due to the nature of job responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or any engineering related course
Experience in inventory management is an advantage
With good communication and decision-making skill
